What this single family home lacks in curb appeal, it makes up for in history and nostalgia. From the 1960s to the 1990s, the front yard was where the bands played for the annual “Livingstock” street party, a student organized event that drew thousands for a day to celebrate the end of the academic year. This little 5 bedroom home was the center of organization for this event, which sadly was discontinued in 1999, and was eventually replaced by Mayfest. No way to sugarcoat it- this house is smaller than the normal 5 bedroom, but it’s cheaper, and it has ample parking.
