What this single family home lacks in curb appeal, it makes up for in history and nostalgia. From the 1960s to the 1990s, the front yard was where the bands played for the annual “Livingstock” street party, a student organized event that drew thousands for a day to celebrate the end of the academic year. This little 5 bedroom home was the center of organization for this event, which sadly was discontinued in 1999, and was eventually replaced by Mayfest. No way to sugarcoat it- this house is smaller than the normal 5 bedroom, but it’s cheaper, and it has ample parking. So if you want a piece of history and want to save some money, check out 137 Clarendon.
“Whenever I email for repairs John and the team are so responsive, and any other questions I have “I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord in my first year living off campus. Ben and staff are incredibly attentive, responsive and helpful. They are a great and trustworthy group of people who care deeply about their properties and tenants.”– M. Fitzgerald, 2020 tenant at 860 Livingston
